We accept payment via cheques, cash or money orders
for all orders.
US CUSTOMERS:
The US Department for Homeland Security has implemented
a new policy (Sept., 2004) requiring all inbound US shipments
to be accompanied by the recipient's Federal Tax ID # or
Social Security #. If you wish to disclose that to us to
place on the waybill paperwork, that is fine. Otherwise,
you will note on your invoice that the Customs Brokers can
call you and obtain it on the telephone. Of course the choice
is yours and we respect our client's privacy so we will
let you choose. We suspect that not necessarily all shipments
will need this information verified.
We here at bikefilms.com stand behind all of our products
and services. Our satisfaction policies are as follows...
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
We warrant that all physical products in stock (example
DVD videos, bicycle parts) will be shipped within 2-3 days.
Most products will ship within 2 days. We warrant that all
physical products will be free from defects. Any defective
DVD or VHS videos purchased will be exchanged, and you will
be re-imbursed for the return shipping. Please use an economical
shipping method (acceptable is 2-5 days delivery to us within
North America) with tracking details and insurance on all
orders above $25.00 Usd.
There
are no product returns on entertainment products that have
been opened.
As most
bicycle parts we offer are specially ordered specialty items,
only defective parts (defective materials) may be returned
for refund.
The Customer
may also elect to have a credit placed with us for products
returned that are defective.
All special
order items or bicycle parts are covered by manufacturer's
warranty. If you receive the wrong part, we will promptly
exchange for the correct part upon receipt of the incorrect
part. You will be re-imbursed for the return shipping. Please
use an economical shipping method (acceptable is 2-5 days
delivery to us within North America) with tracking details
and insurance on all orders above $25.00 Cad.
Shipping

shopping cart.

ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTS:
We warrant that all electronically delivered entertainment
products will be available to the Consumer via log in access
at any computer terminal in PC format, so long as the Customer
supplies the correct log in information. All electonically
delivered products are warranted against disruption emanating
from our infrastructure. As we cannot control your computer
or your Internet connection, any problems arising from those
will not be credited.
If you
suffer a delivery failure from bikefilms.com,
we will issue you a credit to re-access the product.
All single
product entertainment purchases will be valid for 7 days
from date of purchase or until the Customer has accessed
the product 2 times, whichever comes first.
